Yes. You will receive a digital report via email as soon as the inspection is complete. Our reports are GPS-verified and include time-stamped photos of key areas like your electrical panel, thermostat, and perimeter.

If we find a minor issue, we will document it in your report with photos. If we find an urgent issue (like an AC failure or a security breach), we will call or text you immediately. We can also coordinate with your preferred contractors or stay on-site to let repair technicians into the home.

Yes. During our scheduled visits, we bring in any mail, newspapers, or packages that have been left on your doorstep. We can also move trash bins in or out to ensure the home looks occupied.
